Key Responsibilities:

The primary role of an Experienced Lettings Advisor involves cultivating a portfolio of successful lettings by comprehending the needs of property owners and effectively matching tenants to suitable properties while negotiating terms.

Your main duties will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to foster trust and rapport
  • Conducting property viewings and market evaluations for residential listings
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process and developing long-lasting relationships

What We Seek:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Lettings Advisor role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of the residential lettings market, including relevant legislation
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, showcasing strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent listening skills, maintaining consistent communication with clients and colleagues
  • Resilient and determined with a strong drive for success
  • Friendly and trustworthy demeanor
  • Proficient IT skills, capable of using Microsoft and specialized software accurately
