About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Lettings Manager to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Sales and Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for generating market appraisals, developing new business in both Sales and Lettings, and maintaining strong relationships between vendors/landlords, purchasers, and rental applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate market appraisals and develop new business in both Sales and Lettings
  • Converting appraisals into listings
  • Maintain strong relationships between vendors/landlords, purchasers, and rental applicants
  • Maintain feedback to all relevant parties
  • Arrange viewings, market appraisals, and negotiate offers with sales and lettings
  • Prepare marketing and strategies
  • Identify other business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate divisions
  • Work in accordance with all legal obligations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in either Sales or Lettings at Senior Level
  • Must have valuation experience
  • Achievement of targets and deadlines
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and be flexible in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must drive with own car

What We Offer:

A basic salary of c.£25k - £30k (DoE) and a realistic OTE of c.£55k - £60k pa.
