Key Responsibilities:

The primary role of an Experienced Lettings Advisor is to cultivate a pipeline of successful lettings by comprehending the needs of landlords and effectively qualifying tenants to align them with suitable properties while negotiating terms.

Your main duties will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to foster trust and rapport
  • Conducting property viewings and market appraisals for residential listings
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process and building long-lasting successful relationships

What We Seek:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Lettings Consultant position with a proven sales record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • In-depth knowledge of the residential lettings market, including key legislation affecting the sector
  • Able to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team, possessing strong relationship-building skills
  • Effective listening skills and the ability to maintain regular communication with clients and colleagues
  • Tenacious and resilient with a strong drive for success
  • Friendly and trustworthy demeanor
  • Proficient IT skills, capable of working accurately with Microsoft and bespoke software
