About the Role
Join our Unitemps Team as a Recruitment and Compliance Administrator , within the Employability Department at NTU. The Unitemps Teams provide exciting part-time opportunities to our students across various internal University departments. With over 7, temporary work assignments annually, we play a pivotal role in supporting NTU students' with their employability journey.
In this role, you'll provide high quality and responsive administration support to the Unitemps team, focusing on complex administration needs within compliance, pension requirements, payroll and reporting. This is a key role providing support to the Unitemps service, which requires the ability to work largely independently, using your initiative and managing tight deadlines. Experience in eligibility to work regulations and checks is highly desirable.
This is a full-time (37 hours), permanent position with a starting salary of £26, and hybrid working options. On-site working requirements are based on operational need and colleagues are required to travel to all NTU campuses.
