About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Compliance and Risk Management Professional to join our dynamic team at Harper Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in resolving client due diligence, conflict resolution, risk management, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting and reviewing risk reports, identifying any issues and assessing potential risks
  • Monitoring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Reporting back to business functions on current risk and compliance performance
  • Carrying out various general administrative duties (such as file creation and maintenance of ongoing administrative projects)
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years working as a CDD, risks and conflicts analyst in a law firm or financial services
  • Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)
  • ~25 days holiday entitlement
  • ~Modern offices
  • ~Bonus scheme
