About the Role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to our Directors, including diary management and day-to-day tasks.
  • Oversee the management and secure storage of client documents and compliance records.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and handle key secretarial duties, such as preparing letters and typing accounts.
  • Manage billing processes, client payments, and the submission of accounts to relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including monitoring supplies, liaising with external partners, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Requirements:
