Key Responsibilities
  • Produce HR correspondence, including contracts and offer letters
  • Create enticing job adverts for positions within the schools
  • Attend confidential employee meetings and take accurate minutes
  • Maintain HR and Payroll databases, and run reports
  • Liaise with third-party organisations via telephone and email
Requirements
  • Qualified with a CIPD or similar
  • Experience working within a relevant sector
  • Demonstratable ability of assisting with HR and recruitment processes
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Experience of using HR systems (iTrent beneficial)
