HR Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As an HR Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our HR data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report on accurate people data and insights to the wider business on key HR metrics; absence, attrition, vacancy data.
  • Become an expert on the organisation's HR system, providing first line support for queries surrounding the system.
  • Identify areas of process improvement on the current HRIS system, and delivery and presentation of data.
  • Support the HR Services Team on wider HR administration responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Build stakeholder relationships with the wider HR team to deliver on key HR data insights.

Requirements:

  • Have excellent HR Systems experience, comfortable with manipulating and processing key HR data.
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Analytical mindset, with a keen eye for process improvement.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
