About Our Client:
A growing education insitute based in Cobham.
- Support the Assistant to Head of HR to prepare variations to employment contracts for all staff when working arrangements are changed
- Welcome new employees to the organisation by conducting orientation
- Take minutes of meetings to assist the Director of HR ad hoc. Type up and review meeting summary notes, before distribution to appropriate attendees as required.
- Working closely with the Payroll Admin team, prepare outcome of annual performance related pay progression letters and statements of salary for coming year to present to the Director of HR and Executive Principal.
- Provide staff support through return to work meetings following sickness and work related injury absence
- Supporting HR processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments
The Successful Applicant:
- Previous experience in HR
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Efficiency and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to deal calmly with challenging situations
- CIPD Level 3 Qualified
