ACS International School is seeking a highly skilled Reward Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of total reward.
The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Director to ensure that all reward programmes are compliant, benefits are managed, and all reward offerings are in line with the overall employee value proposition. This includes maintaining the ACS pay policy, ensuring transparency and consistency in pay and conditions, and collaborating with internal partners on data and legal movements impacting reward.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the ACS pay policy and ensuring consistency in pay and conditions
- Undertaking reward research and data collection and analysis to ensure transparency and consistency
- Collaborating with internal partners on data and legal movements impacting reward
- Supporting the HR Director in the annual pay review process, including financial modelling and pay trend analysis
- Acting as the primary contact for employee benefits, including running the annual benefit enrolment process and coordinating regular employee benefit briefings
Requirements:
- Qualified HR generalist level 5 plus or equivalent with relevant HR experience
- Advanced excel skills, including creating pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- HR Reward experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Logical thinker with the ability to explore concepts
- Working knowledge of regulations around benefits and pay
- Able to work independently with drive and initiative
