Job Title: Sr Sales Exec – Data Protection Solutions Specialist
As a Sales Specialist in this role, you will collaborate with Digital Security Solution Sellers to drive pipeline development, new business growth, and hit booking targets for Entrust's Data Protection Solutions, specifically focusing on HSMs in the EMEA region. This position involves working closely with Entrust's Enterprise Named Account and Commercial Accounts sales teams to identify new opportunities and enhance existing accounts related to Data Protection Solutions. You will need to engage extensively with various team members including Account Management Sales, Sales Development, and Pre-Sales Technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a regional expert for Data Protection Solutions to offer comprehensive industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Prospect daily, leveraging referrals and collaborating with other Sales Executives to explore cross-sale opportunities.
  • Present the value proposition through various mediums to prospects in the assigned region.
  • Understand and interpret customer requirements to propose technical solutions that align with their needs.
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales to deliver product presentations and demos to prospects and customers.
  • Effectively address and overcome prospect objections.
  • Provide mentorship and support within the Sales team on Data Protection Solutions, market trends, and use-cases, contributing to enhanced sales skills across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have prior experience in selling Data Protection Solutions/HSMs. (Candidates without this experience cannot be considered)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience selling products/services in the IT/Data Security market.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
  • Proven success in prospecting, building a strong pipeline, and engaging with C-level and other decision-makers.
  • History of effectively engaging customer stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp Entrust's products/services, sales strategies, pricing, and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in the territory/region, with willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory/region.
