About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our Ecommerce team at FMCG Exec. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for the strategic management of ecommerce customers across our client's biggest customer groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and the wider commercial team to develop the broader market ecommerce strategy
- Support the digital transformation of our client's ecommerce business
- Lead and manage a team of ecommerce account managers to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in ecommerce sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute business plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of ecommerce account managers
