Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for the strategic management of ecommerce customers across our biggest customer groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and the wider commercial team to develop and implement the broader market ecommerce strategy.
  • Support the digital transformation of our business by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in ecommerce, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong commercial strategy experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Excellent customer centricity and service orientation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with regular visits to our HQ in South London.
