Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for the strategic management of ecommerce customers across our biggest customer groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver business results.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales and the wider commercial team to develop and implement market ecommerce strategies.
- Support the digital transformation of our business by identifying and implementing opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior National Account Manager or equivalent.
- Strong background in Consumer goods, with a focus on ecommerce.
- Commercial strategy experience, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to lead change and drive business results.
- Customer-centric approach, with a strong service orientation.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Our hybrid work model allows for flexibility and work-life balance, with a monthly requirement to work from our HQ in South London.
