Job Description

The successful National Account Executive will have a challenging and rewarding role, focusing on customer support and internal account management.

  • Customer Support (50%)
    • Complete new line forms and promotional proposal forms
    • Co-ordinate and attend external meetings and events
    • Build effective relationships with key account contacts
    • Work cross-functionally to implement agreed customer plans
    • Conduct regular online and in-store audits to review implementation of activity and monitor competitor activity
    • Respond to ad hoc queries and requests
  • Internal Account Support (50%)
    • Invoice management and sales analysis
    • Weekly and monthly forecast management
    • Maintain accuracy of team files, including contact matrix, trade spend, and customer activity plans
    • Co-ordinate internal meetings and events as required
    • Project work, such as return on investment analysis

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment, ideally in sales, and will possess strong organisational and communication skills.
