We are experiencing exponential growth and are seeking the industry's best talent to join our unique culture. As a Senior National Account Manager, you will play a critical role in our ecommerce strategy, working closely with our Head of Sales and commercial team to develop and execute our market ecommerce strategy.

The Role

As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic management of ecommerce customers across our biggest customer groups. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing ecommerce strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborating with the commercial team to develop and implement market ecommerce strategies
  • Leading change and driving innovation in ecommerce
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with ecommerce customers
  • Providing analytical insights and strategic recommendations to drive business growth

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Operational experience at a Senior NAM level or equivalent
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry
  • Commercial strategy experience or a broader breadth of experience outside of account management
  • Able to lead change and drive innovation
  • Extensive experience in ecommerce, with a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies
  • Customer-centricity with a strong service orientation
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with one month of work from our HQ in South London.
