The System Strategy and Oversight Team are looking for an administrative PA to provide a crucial role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team, Regional Manager and Director with the effective day to day running of the mental health, learning disabilities and autism portfolio


This role provides a wide range of PA support, including drafting correspondence, producing documents and reports, carrying out research, collating information, and data, managing diaries, arranging meetings, minute / note taking, supporting the arrangement of events, building effective internal and external relationships, and communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including visitors, patients/service users, partner organisations, commissioners etc.


The service is required to demonstrate high levels of confidentiality and sensitivity, using discretion, and influencing skills to prioritise workloads and ensure deadlines are met.
