Responsibilities:Outbound calls

  • B2B Calls only.
  • Introduce a range of products and services.
  • Upgrading their existing product/service, potentially offering addon services
  • Book an appointment for the technical sales team to meet with them.
Administration

  • Administration duties, upkeep of data and managing accounts are required in our CRM system.
  • The company databases must be kept up to date and diarising appointments is essential.
  • Outbound communication to promote services whilst building and retaining relationships.
Although a background in telesales or customer service is desirable, full training will be provided. We are looking for good communicators, who are polite, have a friendly manner and a positive attitude.
