We are in search of an enthusiastic Demand Generation Manager to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversions for our organization. This position is vital for generating high-quality leads and supporting our revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Nurturing:

  • Formulate and refine lead generation tactics.
  • Establish lead nurturing initiatives.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms.
  • Partner with the Web team to improve website efficiency.

Digital Demand Generation Strategy & Optimization:

  • Create and deploy content across digital platforms.
  • Ensure digital strategies resonate with target buyer personas.
  • Design and oversee demand generation initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing for continuous improvement.

Budget and Project Management:

  • Track campaign expenditures and evaluate ROI.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for effective collaboration.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Assess campaign performance metrics.
  • Deliver insights for strategic enhancements.

Collaboration and Alignment:

  • Work in tandem with sales teams to achieve lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with various teams for successful campaign implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in executing effective demand generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
