The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our conversion pages and ensuring they meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present CRO strategy and test plans to drive business growth
  • Ensure optimal tracking of consumer behaviour and actions within our conversion pages
  • Conduct continuous experimentation and implement change based on results
  • Test forms and pages across devices and browsers to identify potential defects
  • Utilise tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL for data analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in lead generation or e-commerce CRO roles, with a focus on conversion performance and experience with form based conversion optimisation
  • Proven expertise in CRO testing, experimental design, and data analysis including use of standard testing tools
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, and ideally SQL
  • Experience and competency with UX design principles
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS would be beneficial
  • Self-motivated, performance focused, and able to take initiative
