As GroceryShopper Marketing Lead, you'll optimise KP Snacks' brandedprominence in-store & online, driving mental availability withour brand distinctive assets aligned with Marketing campaigns andphysical availability through great execution of customer media anddisplays, which interrupts shoppers to increase conversion topurchase to drive brand penetration.


What willyou be doing?

  • Leadingthe development of best in class Shopper Marketing campaignsaligned to the KP Marketing Masterplan and deliver execution withinour key Grocery customer partners
  • You'll ownthe Grocery Shopper Marketing agenda and also have specificcustomer alignment to Tesco, working collaboratively to drivepresence, prominence and interruption pointsin-store
  • Building and maintaining strongcustomer relationships to enable maximum presence of campaigns aswell as working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketingcolleagues
  • In this role you'll manage agencyand supplier partners, developing strong relationships in order tobalance excellent execution and ROI on budgetspends
  • Managing a team of two Shopper MarketingManagers so you'll have the opportunity to utilise your leadershipand coaching skills on a regular basis, plus there will begreat development opportunities for your own personal growth

OurSlough HQ is home to our Corporate & Commercial teams (e.gSales, Marketing and Finance, among others). We’re all together onone floor and it’s a bright, vibrant, open plan space with lots ofdifferent seating and meeting room options that can accommodate anytype of conversation from 121’s, team meetings, private soundproofphone booths to a Boardroom setting. We encourage our colleagues toconverge and collaborate 2-3 days per week (usually on Tuesdays,Wednesdays or Thursdays).
