Seeking a dedicated HR Operations Manager to oversee and optimise departmental functions in the HR Shared Service team of a public sector company. The candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional leadership skills, and a solid background in HR.

Description

Oversee the shared service team.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.Foster a collaborative environment and lead a high-performing team.Continually review efficiency and make necessary improvements.Monitor and report on department performance.Ensure compliance with public sector industry standards and regulations.Manage staff resources and coordinate with other departments.Contribute to the development of strategic plans.

Profile

A successful Operations Manager should have:

Must have previous experience of managing large shared service teams and SLA's.Proven experience in a managerial role within Human Resources.Excellent leadership and organisational skills.Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Job Offer
