Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the ER department
  • Develop and implement HR/ER strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of human capital
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim HR Operations Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Demonstrable experience in Employee Relationa operations management
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practice
  • Immediately Available
