Robertson Bell are supporting this organisation to recruit an Interim Management Accountant on an initial three-month contract. The head office is based in West Midlands but operate on a fully remote working pattern - with the occasional office visit onceor twice a month for 121 meetings and training days.

The Interim Management Accountant’s key responsibilities will include:

- Preparing the monthly management accounts for the project leads.
- Working closely with the project managers, cultivating relationships, translating financial statements, listening to their concerns, and resolving variances.
- Leading on the month end process, processing accruals, prepayments and posting journals.
- Business partnering with the stakeholders and bookkeeping their accounts.

The successful Interim Management Accountant will have:

- Experience working in a similar role, having independently prepared the monthly management accounts.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to business partner with external and internal professionals.
- Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares and strong Excel skills.
- An accounting qualification or be actively studying towards this (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
