My client is an international, faith-based charity headquartered in south-east London (SE5), who have provided essential support to families and communities for over 150 years.
Your new role
Joining a collaborative team of 7 and reporting to the Head of HR Systems, key responsibilities will include:

Leading on various system implementation projects from commencement to completionBe responsible for the creation of complex report building and data visualisationLine management of 2 HR AnalystsEnsuring that various HR systems meet the necessary business needs and long-term strategies

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be an HRIS and data expert with significant experience in:

Data reporting, specifically with Power BIStrong experience with HCM systems - iTrent, Cascade, Workday, PeopleSoft etcEvidenced experience with dashboard building and complex data reporting/visualisationLine management experience will be highly favourable
