As the largest shareholder in one of the world's leading e-commerce platforms, our partnership with this renowned brand has flourished over nearly a decade, witnessing remarkable digital growth.
Despite the challenges encountered by the retail industry in 2023, our partner brand achieved unprecedented success, with a turnover exceeding £400 million.
They are seeking a 'Loyalty Manager' to lead their loyalty program across all brands, overseeing a talented team of 6-8 individuals.
This inclusive approach across all brands enables the group to reach diverse consumer segments and leverage emerging retail trends. Day-to- Day would include;
- Develop and execute membership marketing strategies with the Head of CRM and Loyalty to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of membership initiatives.
- Manage daily operations of the membership marketing team, providing guidance and support for exceptional results.
- Craft compelling membership campaigns using marketing expertise, leveraging customer data for targeted efforts.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders, including their Digital Director, who has left a significant mark at ASOS, Selfridges, and Zolando.
