The Role:

Offering a range of wellness treatments, exceptional facilities, and providing outstanding guest experiences, we are seeking for friendly and dedicated individuals to join our Spa Experience Host Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate within this field and will be responsible for providing a high standard of care and service to our guests ensuring they maintain Pool and Spa Quality Standards.

    Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
Monitor and maintain pool and spa areas to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Regularly test and adjust chemical levels in the pool and spa to maintain optimal water quality. Ensure all areas of the spa are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and public areas. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff. Work closely with other team members to deliver seamless service and support across all relevant departments. Inform guests about spa services, treatments, and guidelines, enhancing their overall experience. Support Spa Reception with guest arrivals and departures. Address and resolve guest issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional manner.

Personal Specification:

Essentials

All applicants must be over the age of 18 years old due to the nature of the role. Customer service background with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner. Demonstrated interest in pool and spa quality standards. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are obtained.

Desirables

Previous experience in a similar role within the Spa/Hospitality industry.Relevant certifications in pool and spa management.Certification such as Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or similar is advantageous.

Working Pattern:

Part-time - 30hrs per week.4 days a week including some weekends.Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
