**We are looking for a friendly and passionate individual to join our Spa Experience Host team. Based in Hoar Cross Hall’ Spa team you will be providing a high standard of care and service to our guests across departments within the Spa.**

Uniform provided.

Staff canteen which provides a variety of lunch options daily.

Training is carried out onsite during your working day with one of our onsite Training team.

Training courses which are relevant to the role are also provided. (Provided within working hours)

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Supporting check-in and check-out within Spa.
- Providing poolside cover, completing pool tests and alarm checks, monitoring the safe use of the pool and spa area.
- Selling drinks within the café areas and around the spa.
- Completing all daily duties following the guide and training provided.
- Being competent in the booking system and able to complete Treatments and Spa Day Bookings, drinks orders and Fitness class bookings.

**Your skills and expertise**:
Customer Service
- 2 years minimum experience
Ideally you will have Leisure/ Pool experience, but this is not essential as training can be provided.

**Working Pattern**:
Full time - 5 days per week
Weekdays and weekends
Fully Flexible
**Hours of work will be between 6am-9pm**
