**We are looking for a friendly and passionate individual to join our Spa Experience Host team. Based in Hoar Cross Hall’ Spa team you will be providing a high standard of care and service to our guests across departments within the Spa.**

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Supporting check-in and check-out within Spa
- Providing poolside cover, completing pool tests and alarm checks, monitoring the safe use of the pool and spa area
- Selling drinks within the café areas and around the spa
- Completing all daily duties following the guide and training provided.
- Being competent in the booking system and able to complete Treatments and Spa Day Bookings, drinks orders and Fitness class bookings.

**Your skills and expertise**:
Customer Service
- 2 years minimum experience
Ideally you will have Leisure/ Pool experience, but this is not essential as training can be provided.

**Working Pattern**:
Full time - 5 days per week
Weekdays and weekends
Fully Flexible
Hours of work will be between 6am-10pm
