The Role

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Spa Experience Host to join our team. As a Spa Experience Host, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of care and service to our guests, ensuring they maintain a positive and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Monitor and maintain pool and spa areas to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Regularly test and adjust chemical levels in the pool and spa to maintain optimal water quality.
  • Ensure all areas of the spa are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and public areas.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
  • Work closely with other team members to deliver seamless service and support across all relevant departments.
  • Inform guests about spa services, treatments, and guidelines, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Support Spa Reception with guest arrivals and departures.
  • Address and resolve guest issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional manner.
Requirements
  • All applicants must be over the age of 18 years old due to the nature of the role.
  • Customer service background with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Demonstrated interest in pool and spa quality standards.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are obtained.
