The Role

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our Therapy Team, providing exceptional treatments and creating a tranquil and vitalising experience for our guests. As part of our award-winning team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests feel pampered and relaxed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments, to the highest standard.
  • Ensure clients receive excellent quality treatments and provide customer care to the highest standard.
  • Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments to achieve their wellness goals.
  • Achieve sales and treatment targets while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest spa industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

Person Specification

Essentials

  • L3 Qualification in Beauty Therapy.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a hygienic and organised workspace.

Desirables

  • Proficient in a variety of spa treatments and techniques.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role and establishment.
