The Role
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our Spa Experience Host Team. As a Spa Experience Host, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of care and service to our guests, ensuring they maintain Pool and Spa Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Ensure every guest feels welcome and valued
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Monitor and Maintain Pool and Spa Areas
- Ensure pool and spa areas meet quality and safety standards
- Regularly test and adjust chemical levels in the pool and spa
- Ensure Cleanliness and Safety
- Ensure all areas of the spa are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Work with Other Team Members
- Work closely with other team members to deliver seamless service and support
