The Role

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our Therapy Team, where you will play an integral role in creating a tranquil and vitalising experience for our guests. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments, to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional quality treatments and provide customer care to the highest standard.
  • Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Achieve sales and treatment targets.
  • Ensure therapy rooms are comfortable, clean, and tidy.
  • Abide by all Health & Safety Guidelines.
  • Provide clients with personalised experiences, including post-treatment advice and product recommendations.
Person Specification
  • L3 Qualification in Beauty or Spa Therapy.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a hygienic and organised workspace.
