Senior Spa Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our team at Bannatyne Group. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our Junior Spa Therapists, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures, tailored to meet guests' individual needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Junior Spa Therapists, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Liaise and support the Spa Manager, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Provide professional, high-quality service, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.
  • Ensure the proper use of spa equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
  • Assist in promoting spa services, special offers, and products to enhance the guest experience based on consultations.
  • Maximise revenue opportunities in accordance with your targets and seek assistance if needed.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance your skills.
  • Adhere to all company health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Spa Therapist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
