The Role: Spa Experience Host
We are seeking friendly and dedicated individuals to join our Spa Experience Host Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness and providing a high standard of care and service to our guests, ensuring they maintain Pool and Spa Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Monitor and maintain pool and spa areas to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Regularly test and adjust chemical levels in the pool and spa to maintain optimal water quality.
- Ensure all areas of the spa are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and public areas.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Work closely with other team members to deliver seamless service and support across all relevant departments.
- Inform guests about spa services, treatments, and guidelines, enhancing their overall experience.
- Support Spa Reception with guest arrivals and departures.
- Address and resolve guest issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional manner.
