The RoleWe are seeking a friendly and dedicated Spa Experience Host to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Pool and Spa Maintenance: Monitor and maintain pool and spa areas to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Chemical Management: Regularly test and adjust chemical levels in the pool and spa to maintain optimal water quality.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure all areas of the spa are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to deliver seamless service and support across all relevant departments.
- Guest Communication: Inform guests about spa services, treatments, and guidelines, enhancing their overall experience.
- Reception Support: Assist Spa Reception with guest arrivals and departures.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional manner.
- Customer Service Background: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Pool and Spa Knowledge: Demonstrated interest in pool and spa quality standards, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality are maintained.
We are looking for a part-time Spa Experience Host to work 30 hours per week, including some weekends. Flexibility is key, as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
