Offering a range of wellness
treatments, exceptional facilities, and providing outstanding guest

Key
Responsibilities will include:




  • Provide exceptional customer
    service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Monitor and maintain pool and
    spa areas to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Regularly test and adjust
    chemical levels in the pool and spa to maintain optimal water quality.
  • Ensure all areas of the spa are
    clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including treatment rooms, locker rooms,
    and public areas.
  • Adhere to health and safety
    regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
  • Work closely with other team
    members to deliver seamless service and support across all relevant
    departments.
  • Inform guests about spa
    services, treatments, and guidelines, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Support Spa Reception with
    guest arrivals and departures.
  • Address and resolve guest
    issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional
    manner.

Specification:



Essentials




  • All applicants must be over the age of 18
    years old due to the nature of the role.
  • Customer service background with strong
    interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Demonstrated interest in pool and spa
    quality standards.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure
    the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are obtained.


Desirables



  • Previous
    experience in a similar role within the Spa/Hospitality industry.
  • Relevant
    certifications in pool and spa management.
  • Certification
    such as Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or similar is advantageous.


Working
Pattern:



  • Part-time – 30hrs per week.
  • 4 days a week including some weekends.
  • Full flexibility is
    key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of
    the team and the business.
