They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Scheduling Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting the Scheduling Team Leader in coordinating and managing the scheduling of service and maintenance activities for Excavators and other Group Products. The Senior Scheduling Coordinator will work closely with the Scheduling Team Leader, the delivery team, and the engineering team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Scheduling Team Leader in developing and implementing a comprehensive scheduling system for service and maintenance activities, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources and timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with the Scheduling Team Leader to assign tasks to the Scheduling Administrator and engineering department. Prioritising work based on urgency and customer requirements.
- Monitor and track the progress of service and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure the availability of necessary parts and equipment for service and maintenance tasks.
- Liaising with customers to schedule service and maintenance appointments, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
Qualifications/Skills/Attributes
