Sales Enablement Lead - Medium Segment
Job Description:
We are searching for a Sales Enablement Lead for Sage Medium Segment Products in EMEA and UKIA. This is an opportunity to help define and deliver the strategy for Sales Enablement in these regions. You will build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to regional commercial leadership teams. Collaborating closely with Business Units(BU), Product Marketing Managers (PMM), and Commercial Leaders you will define, bring consensus and document detailed enablement plans for the region. You will be responsible for reporting and communicating progress, outcomes, and business objectives to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution of the enablement plan and manage a team of Sales Enablement Managers to deliver “Always On” Enablement initiatives
• Work closely with Head of Programs, Craft Leads, and regional teams, ensuring global consistency in delivering the design and implementation of programs
• Establish and schedule Bootcamps for On-boarding, quarterly/release updates and ISV training.
• Embed the coaching culture amongst regional sales colleagues, re-enforcing and refreshing best practice on methodology, systems, process and value propositions as well as continually developing defined skills and competencies across our Sales Craft.
Qualifications:
• Prior expertise leading sales enablement, with minimum 5 years total professional experience
• Seasoned sales professional with strong coaching skills
• People management experience
• SaaS industry experience selling to medium size business customers
• Financial technology background desirable
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to leadership in Sales, GTM and product teams.
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
