Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Barclays. As a key member of our Sales Enablement team, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of a programme of projects, change initiatives, and process improvement activities that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the development and implementation of sales enablement strategies and programmes to support the sales team in achieving their targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programmes to equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively sell our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain sales management tools and analytics to support sales performance and customer insights.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales enablement professionals to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales enablement, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, products, and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
