The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies in EMEA to optimize the sales process, enhance productivity, and ensure alignment with our global sales enablement strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies in EMEA to optimize the sales process, enhance productivity, and ensure alignment with our global sales enablement strategy.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales staff.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Identify and implement sales enablement tools and technologies that improve sales productivity.
  • Provide training and support on the use of sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the performance and impact of sales enablement programs.
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies within the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Certification in sales training programs is a plus.
