About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement Lead to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness at ScreenCloud Limited. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies that align with our business goals and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sales enablement programs to enhance sales performance and customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, and product collateral
  • Deliver product training and knowledge transfer to ensure sales teams are well-versed in our offerings
  • Conduct knowledge gap analyses to identify areas for additional training or resources
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a fast and effective ramp-up
  • Facilitate ongoing training and workshops to keep sales teams updated on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and industry trends
  • Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand sales team needs and tailor enablement initiatives accordingly
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement strategies
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in a start-up environment or in building sales enablement strategies from the ground up is highly beneficial

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with sales training and certification programs
  • Familiarity with content management systems and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Experience with virtual and remote training methodologies
  • Experience in international markets and understanding of global sales dynamics
