At ScreenCloud, we're on a mission to empower businesses to build stronger connections with their customers. As a Hybrid Sales Enablement Lead, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer-facing teams.

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement strategies. If you're passionate about driving sales growth, have excellent communication skills, and are adaptable in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies that align with our business goals and sales objectives
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, product collateral, case studies, and competitive analysis
  • Deliver product training to ensure our sales team is well-versed in our offerings
  • Conduct knowledge gap analyses to identify areas where additional training or resources are needed
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a fast and effective ramp-up
  • Facilitate ongoing training and workshops to keep our sales team updated on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and industry trends
  • Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand the needs of our sales team and tailor enablement initiatives accordingly
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement strategies
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in a start-up environment or in building sales enablement strategies from the ground up is highly beneficial
