**About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, the Sales Enablement Lead is responsible for supporting sales effectiveness, productivity, and success across the UK sales force. This role will take responsibility for building out the UK sales certification training program, inclusive of sales on-boarding and sales skills development and coaching.

**Day to Day you will**:

- Build, deliver & measure impact of an on-boarding programme that enables new joiners with the appropriate knowledge of our clients, our market, our value proposition, and our processes to accelerate sales success.
- Build and deliver a solution university tied back to seller accreditation.
- Map the sales process with the customer buying journey to understand and enhance what skills, knowledge, methodology and tools are required to increase conversion rates at each stage in the sales process.
- Work with sales leadership, sales operations and product marketing to develop and deliver sales playbooks.
- Develop and implement continuous sales training programs for the sales force.
- Identify the requirements and lead the engagement of third-party training providers to support the training curriculum.
- Identify gaps in knowledge and processes and work with Sales Manager and Sales Directors to ensure rapid deployment of training and tools needed to address.
- Define and support Sales Management Training and development. Detail the Sales Management requirements to support and reinforce the sales learning programme.
- Collaborate with the wider International TU Organisation to share ideas and best practice from other training programmes across the business and align sales strategy.
- Measure the success of training programmes through KPI’s and reporting
- Optimise our sales stack including Seismic and Cornerstone

**Impact You'll Make**:
**Skills & Experience you will have**:

- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales training programs, including sales skill development and delivery.
- Experience in creating Sales Tools including Sales Play Books, and Quick Reference Manuals for sales associates.
- Strong sales fluency and understanding of sales process and sales methodologies.
- Experience with CRM, LMS and sales enablement tools such as Seismic.
- Training and facilitation capability to be able to stand in front of a room of seasoned sellers and train them with credibility.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple parts of an organization and within a team environment.
- Ability to identify and deliver solutions to the sales team with credibility and impact.
- Strong project and time management skills, with an ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines.
- A motivated self-starter with a high energy level.
