West House School is seeking a part-time, term-time only Receptionist and Administration Assistant for afternoons from September 2024. The ideal candidate will be an ambassador for the school when meeting parents and other visitors and will act as a first point of contact when visitors arrive. The role will encompass receptionist duties and other school administration tasks to support the smooth running of the school, reporting to the Bursar and working alongside a morning receptionist.

Type of position: Permanent, part-time, term-time only.

Salary: £12,799.50 per annum (£23,835.87 full-time equivalent).

Hours of Work: 25 hours per week, term-time only, Monday to Friday 1pm – 6pm.

Holidays: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, to be taken during school holiday and shut down periods.
