Our client is a very well established and award winning business finance specialist.

Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to run their teams covering Payouts, Customer Service and Proposals.

The successful Head of Operations will have a proven track record of running a team within Asset Finance.

Responsibilities will include;
Produce and implement training plans and personal objectives for the team, including completion of appraisals and one-2-one reviews Manage, maintain and build the relationships with internal and external customers enhancing and developing relationshipsManage relevant operational risk associated with the operation of the IT system and the in-life activity of customer accountsProvide guidance regarding the IT System and related operational issuesEnsure compliance with applicable policies and proceduresWorking with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that IT system requirements remain fit for purpose and will continue to support the ongoing grow of the customer baseWorking with a "right first time" and continuous improvement ethos
