Our Finance division is growing, and we are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team and lead the Financial Operations group.
In collaboration with executive leadership, you will be accountable for managing budgeting, forecasting, and return on investment for capital expenditure initiatives and acquisitions, while also playing a crucial role in enhancing existing reports and workflows.
Your responsibilities will include cross-departmental collaboration to design and implement new processes and methodologies, as well as assisting in the adoption of innovative operational practices within the team.

Collaborate with the Accounts team to analyze monthly performance and key performance indicators
Assess performance at a detailed level to identify areas for improvement
Report on brand collaborations and their return on investment to support executive decision-making regarding future capital expenditures
Generate regular reports and analyses for stakeholders through the Group Finance team
Create weekly/monthly dashboards to provide clear insights for non-financial managers
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting environment or a similar capacity
Part/Newly/Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred - QBE will also be considered
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Financial modeling experience is desirable
Familiarity with Macros/VBA/SQL is advantageous
Strong commercial awareness and business insight
Experience with SAP is a plus
