My client is a top tier, very well-funded Blockchain company. The team is famous for its cutting-edge tech and assembled a very strong developer community. In order to bring their products and solutions to a wide range of customers, we are looking for a visionary Head of Business Development (m/f/d), based in Europe, to lead and build out the global BD team.
Lead the development and execution of the business development plan to drive the adoption of the company's products
Conduct a thorough market analysis and mapping to identify key opportunities and target segments for product adoption within the Blockchain industry
promote the products and facilitate the development of substantial platform activity
Introduce and implement project management tools, KPIs, and performance
metrics to track progress and measure the success of BD initiatives
engineering, to align BD strategies with overall company objectives and priorities
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking
Recruit and grow the BD team (currently 3 people strong, to be expanded to up to 10 this year)
Proven experience in business development and a focus on driving adoption and growth of Blockchain products
Strong project management skills, with the ability to introduce and implement tools, processes and KPIs
Track record of identifying & capitalizing on market opportunities to drive business growth in the Blockchain industry
While the role is 100% remote, it requires regular travels to meet the team and to attend industry leading events
