Customer Service Planner My client are leading providers of acquisition, design and construction (ADC) services, specialist managed services of temporary mobile infrastructure, and facilities maintenance for telecoms. The teams design, installation and maintenance experience coupled with leading technology and scale has created a new force in telecoms and numerous exciting opportunities to be part of a growing organisation. What are the main role expectations? You will be responsible to plan jobs for success in a timeframe directed by the demand lead, ensuring all Access is cleared, the engineer with the right skill set is booked, spares required are noted & ensuring any risk to planning to the timeline required is flagged to the Demand Lead. You will be responsible for completing all engineer work schedules, ensuring effective utilisation, efficiency and productivity of the field engineers, using standard times and scheduling tools to aid the completion of all PPMs within the month. The role requires an individual who can communicate effectively with the Reactive team, Governance Compliance team & other stakeholders. Whilst ensuring escalation of outstanding jobs is handled, ensuring all tasks are mitigated where applicable. Other responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:

  • Escalating for support where Access prevents success, ensuring any changes are completed to prevent failed engineer time
  • Work closely with the OM for support on Engineer planning
  • Work closely with the Demand Lead to keep all RW raised within SLA
  • Work closely with the Demand Lead to keep all PPM delivered in month

Qualifications & Experience
  • Microsoft Intermediate Excel skills
  • A knowledge of the hard services and facilities management sectors is desirable
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent business is desirable
