About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Programme Support Planner to join our team and play a vital role in delivering a cost-effective, customer-focused maintenance service within our Planned Programme Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule engineers' diaries to ensure maximum productivity while keeping customers informed.
  • Manage the delivery of planned, cyclical, and reactive maintenance services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate with customers to ensure timely and budget-friendly service delivery.
  • Work closely with engineers and customers to resolve any issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a coordinator or planner role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to use scheduling software and other tools to manage daily operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with engineers and customers.
  • Strong background in customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
